Refund Policy

Overview

AutomateX is a subscription-based automation and CRM platform designed for professional and business use. Because our services provide immediate access to proprietary software, system resources, integrations, and infrastructure, all payments made to AutomateX are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly required by law.

To ensure transparency and fairness, AutomateX offers a 7-day free trial that allows users to fully evaluate the Platform before committing to a paid subscription.

7-Day Free Trial

  • All new users are eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial, unless otherwise stated.
  • The trial provides access to core Platform features as defined by AutomateX at the time of signup.
  • The free trial begins immediately upon account activation.
  • No payment is required during the trial period, unless you choose to upgrade or purchase add-ons before the trial ends.

Trial Expiration

  • At the end of the 7-day trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription only if you have provided valid billing details.
  • If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel your account before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • Trial periods are non-extendable and may not be reused, stacked, or restarted.

No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Once a payment is processed, AutomateX does not offer refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
  • Unused time or features
  • Early cancellation
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to use the Platform
  • Business performance or results
  • Misunderstanding of features
  • Downgrades or plan changes
  • Technical issues unrelated to Platform-wide outages
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

By subscribing after the trial period, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the Platform and accept the service as-is.

Add-On Services & Usage-Based Fees

  • Fees for add-ons, automation setup, managed services, AI agents, API integrations, communication usage (SMS, email, voice), or third-party services are non-refundable once activated or incurred.
  • Usage-based charges are billed in real time and cannot be reversed.
  • Prepaid services, setup fees, and customization work are strictly non-refundable, even if unused or partially used.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your AutomateX account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation prevents future charges only.
  • You will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds or credits are issued for remaining time in a billing cycle.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AutomateX Support is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • AutomateX reserves the right to:

    Suspend or terminate your account

    Revoke access to services

    Recover dispute-related fees

  • Any chargeback determined to be invalid may result in permanent account termination.

Exceptions Required by Law

In jurisdictions where refunds are legally required, AutomateX will comply strictly with applicable laws. Any such refunds will be limited to the minimum amount required by law and processed in accordance with legal obligations.

Acknowledgment

By signing up for AutomateX, starting a free trial, or completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that:

  • You understand the 7-day free trial policy
  • You acknowledge the no-refund policy
  • You accept full responsibility for managing your subscription
  • You agree that all payments are final once processed
